Broadmoor completed the Windsor Court Hotel Guestroom & Public Space Renovations in 2018 and the Spa Renovations in 2019. The total project scope involved the design and construction of the 4th floor Pool Bar, the 23rd floor Ballroom, and the Club Lounge, All guestrooms, corridors, and suites were renovated, removing and replacing all flooring, including all bathroom wall and floor tile, new floor base, removal and replacement of tubs, and a complete painting scope. Broadmoor implemented the Lean Last Planner System to sequence and schedule all work, coordinate material delivery with exact installation requirements, and work within noise restriction hours.
