We pride ourselves in guiding and providing our subcontractors with as much information and guidance as possible to be successful on each individual project. Broadmoor has built a strong foundation within the DBE community, and we continue to commit to these established relationships while continuing to grow new ones.

Our team will outline an effective trade partner outreach and procurement strategy. With owner input/approval, our team will hold project information sessions, as well as furnish advertisements with our local partner groups (such as NOLA Business Alliance, Urban League, Office of Supplier Diversity, New Orleans) and print publications (The Advocate, Daily Journal, and Louisiana Weekly).

Our approach is geared towards developing project interest through subcontractor/vendor registration.  Our registration process is different from a “prequalification” process as it is centered around inclusion.  Through our registration process, we are able to understand each firm’s capacity and pair them with an opportunity to perform work on the project.
