The new Louis Armstrong International Airport, Terminal C included nine (9) different food and beverage build-out venues. While some spaces are freestanding kiosks with minor MEPs (300 SF), many include full restaurant-style build-out (up to 5,000 SF), a full bar, and a back-of-house kitchen with kitchen equipment, exhaust chases, and storage. Each restaurant required unique equipment and high-end finishes. Broadmoor coordinated with each of the eleven restaurant clients to build the space to the individual brand standards while accommodating the owner's evolving budgetary needs.
