This complete interior and exterior renovation reconfigured multi-level floor plans, adding classroom spaces, laboratories, a rooftop greenhouse, a large theater space, a complete technical system upgrade, and two new elevator towers. Strategic and proactive logistic planning minimized the impact on faculty, students, and staff, resulting in project turnover nine months ahead of schedule. Close collaboration with architects promoted efficient solutions, specifically regarding the prefabricated exterior.
