Broadmoor coordinated all design scopes of work to meet the owner’s program, balancing quality, cost, and schedule, all while facing challenging weather-permitting scenarios. Our team exceeded our DBE goal of 35% and ultimately completed the project on time, under budget, and with zero safety incidents. This new construction, 189,849 square foot school project won the National ABC Eagle Award and achieved LEED Silver Certification.
