820 Dauphine Street Apartments - Sub Bids Wanted - Friday, March 3, 2017

Broadmoor, LLC will be constructing the 820 Dauphine Street Apartment Conversion in New Orleans.

This historic 2-story building, at 820 Dauphine Street, is a concrete structure with brick veneer, previously used as a school / rectory. The scope of work includes a comprehensive interior renovation creating (22) apartment units, and the addition of a 3rd floor penthouse. The building will total approximately 26,000 square feet, including the 1,400 square foot third floor addition. The project also includes the construction of a new, stand-alone, 3-story building in the adjacent parking lot.


  1. The owner will be pursuing RTA tax credits for this project. DBE goals have been established and participation is strongly encouraged.
  2. This project will follow the Living Wage Requirements and the Hire NOLA policy in place for all projects permitted through the City of New Orleans.
