As one of the
most experienced project superintendents for Broadmoor, Sal provides an
extensive range of unique field expertise.
Sal has been a lead superintendent on many of Broadmoor’s larger
projects for twenty years on a wide range of projects. He has
led the field operations on several phases of Lafitte Housing Redevelopment. He relocated across the Gulf Coast to restore
the Pensacola Naval Air Technical Training Center after hurricane damaged the massive
facility, as well as supervising on the team to rebuild the Louisiana Superdome
after Hurricane Katrina. Sal served as Senior Superintendent
on the Pere Marquette Renaissance Arts Hotel conversion in Downtown New Orleans as well as the $20 million Student Athletic Facility for the New Campus of Holy Cross School. Sal has a Masters of
Business Administration, 1980, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, 1976,
both from Loyola University, New Orleans, LA.
